Position will work within various programs such as Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink, and P-8A. This role will focus on working with requirements and system design from the inception of the contract to the delivery and sustainment of product. This position will work as a program leader in directing programs to a successful completion.
Essential Functions: - Support the Program Manager and Program Engineer with Systems level technical support
- Define and verify System Level Requirements
- Work Product Documentation such as System and lower level specifications, Interface Control Documents, Block Diagrams, and Interconnect diagram
- Testing and Troubleshooting product in a lab environment
- Using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to mangage the Cost and Schedule of engineering tasking.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Other Engineering disiplines accepted with Systems Engineering Experience)
- 15+ years experience in Systems Engineering (or other related engineering diciplines)
- Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes.
- Able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:- Experience in working with EVMS as a Control Account Manager
- Experience working on DoD contracts
- Experience working within a lab setting and performing Design Verification type testing.
- Lead Systems Engineering experience
