Cybersecurity & Network Security Leadership
Serve as the principal technical expert for cybersecurity, firewall technologies, network architecture, and security operations.
Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures supporting factory test environments, server validation systems, and rack-level test operations.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards, firewall policies, network segmentation strategies, and access control frameworks.
Lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and remediation activities to minimize operational risk.
Drive compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to corporate, customer, regulatory, and industry security requirements.
Implement infrastructure hardening and Zero Trust security principles across manufacturing and engineering environments.
Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering
Provide sustaining engineering support for manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) test software and infrastructure, including configuration management and deployment of new product introductions.
Architect, Administer, support, and optimize Fortinet security solutions, including firewall policy management, intrusion prevention, and advanced threat protection.
Manage Arista network environments, including switching, routing, segmentation, and high-availability network designs.
Administer VMware virtualization platforms, including ESXi, vCenter, virtual networking, and lifecycle management.
Support enterprise server infrastructure, preferably HPE ProLiant platforms and associated management technologies.
Manage SAN storage environments, preferably NetApp, including provisioning, performance optimization, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection objectives are achieved.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms.
Operational Excellence
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across network, security, storage, virtualization, and server technologies.
Develop and maintain network diagrams, infrastructure documentation, security standards, operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements that enhance security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and global IT teams to support production schedules and infrastructure requirements.
Provide escalation support for business-critical production incidents.
Ensure security compliance with company security policies, procedures, and departmental operational requirements.
Leadership & Mentorship
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to engineers and technical team members.
Promote engineering best practices and support skill development across the Site Reliability Engineering organization.
Act as a trusted advisor for infrastructure security architecture, reliability, and operational strategy.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience
7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Fortinet security platforms and Arista networking technologies in enterprise environments.
Proven experience securing manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, test-development, or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, threat mitigation, and security operations.
Experience leading cybersecurity compliance programs and implementing security policies, standards, and controls.
Demonstrated expertise in network segmentation, access controls, vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure hardening.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex production environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Fortinet certifications (NSE, FCSS, FCX) or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
Experience with Zero Trust architecture and industrial/manufacturing cybersecurity practices.
Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, or similar standards.
Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability assessment tools, and security auditing solutions.
Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or high-volume manufacturing operations.
Experience working in global, multi-site, and multicultural environments.

The pay range for this role is $100,100 - $180,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 05, 2026.
