Lead -Sales Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Desired skills and experience: - Experience selling to large enterprise and mid-market to various stakeholders, groups, and committees - 8+ years field sales experience with full sales cycle - Experience selling IT operations, event management, and/or automation software - Familiarity with SaaS model and subscription and usage-based pricing - Experience selling to C-level, IT infra and application managers, SREs, business operations - Understanding of IT infrastructure operations and application management domains and DevOps framework, familiar with long-term market trends - Strong existing relationships in the Bay Area and across the US - Ability to execute from qualify to close with minimal oversight - Positive attitude and track record of success - Good presentation and written communication skills - Familiarity with MEDDPICC framework and standard prospecting and CRM tools (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Nurture relationships with users, middle managers, and CxOs - Bring in new customers - Manage end-to-end buyer process - understand status quo and identify pain, show how our software can solve their problems and scope the size of the opportunity, create buy-in with shared plan for buyer journey, hold prospect accountable - Manage group selling, keep stakeholders up to date on requirements, deadlines, and progress - Prioritize opportunities, plan ahead, coordinate internal team accordingly - Able to forecast and deliver consistently - Meet quotas, manage upper and lower funnel opportunities to maximize velocity and conversion - Willing to conduct research on accounts to ramp up pipeline - Dedicated to supporting good customer onboarding experience - Be a candid and constructive leader, learn from and provide feedback, have a growth mindset, pursue continuous improvement, actively participate in ongoing team and individual enablement - Participate in and support sales and marketing initiatives Generic Managerial Skills, If any Education High school
Salary Range: $123,000 - $160,000 a year
