Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT required.
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) or associate license with 1,000+ supervised hours.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in residential or inpatient settings necessary.
• Proficient in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies like DBT and CBT.
• Experience working with neurodivergent populations such as those with ASD or ADHD required.
• Knowledge of ethical/legal standards in mental health, including mandated reporting.
• Willingness to work one weekend day weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based modalities.
• Facilitate specialized programming for neurodivergent clients, focusing on social skills and emotional regulation.
• Engage actively in the residential environment, modeling therapeutic techniques in real-time.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide individualized treatment.
• Create and update personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide integrated care.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Participate in on-call rotation for crisis response when needed.
