About the roleWe are looking for a high-impact Lead Product Manager to join our US Market Core Products team and play a key role in taking our US offering to the next level.
Based in Miami, this consumer-facing role will focus on strengthening our value proposition for US customers, supporting our upcoming US market launch, and shaping the long-term product roadmap for the region. You will be accountable for driving product-market fit by leveraging deep customer insights, segmentation, and competitive intelligence, and by executing on our product vision in a highly competitive landscape.
You will partner closely with global product and platform teams to ensure that the US consumer needs are addressed in the products we build, enabling scalable, high-quality product delivery across countries.
You'll be responsible for- Owning the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core US consumer products, from discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
- Defining and refining the US value proposition using deep customer understanding, data, and experimentation to drive product-market fit and sustainable growth.
- Leading structured product discovery, including customer segmentation, problem framing, hypothesis design, and validation using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Conducting and maintaining a sharp view of the US competitive landscape, translating insights into clear product opportunities and differentiators.
- Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing to ship high-quality features that balance customer value, business impact, and regulatory constraints.
- Defining clear success metrics, setting ambitious but realistic goals, and using data to measure impact, prioritize trade-offs, and communicate outcomes.
- Communicating vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, across multiple geographies.
- Championing a culture of customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the US Market Core Products team.
We are looking for a person who has- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions and regions.
- A high degree of ownership and autonomy, with a bias for action and the ability to operate in ambiguity while bringing clarity to the team.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and bring new capabilities (including AI and data-driven approaches) to the team.
- Significant experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager working on consumer-facing digital products, ideally in US-based fintech, digital banking, payments, or other digital financial services.
- Proven success driving end-to-end product execution: from discovery and problem definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
- Demonstrated experience leading product discovery, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking, and turning insights into clear product bets and roadmaps.
- A track record of building products in high-growth, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments, ideally within financial services.
