Lowe's Commerce Solutions (LCS) is building a suite of enterprise retail technology products designed to help retailers modernize operations, enhance customer experience, and unlock new business opportunities through technology.

Our team brings together product leaders, architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and retail domain experts who are passionate about solving complex retail challenges through technology and innovation.

The Lead Product Manager will own the strategic product capabilities across LCS's product portfolio, translating retailer challenges into scalable, differentiated solutions. The role will involve defining product vision, shaping roadmaps, engaging with customers, and partnering with engineering and business teams to deliver products that create measurable value.

This role will play a critical role in shaping LCS's commercial product strategy across areas including retail checkout, unified commerce, retail media, store intelligence, AI-powered experiences, and other emerging retail technologies.

What You Will Do
  • Drives and is responsible for the success of a product or suite of products through the product lifecycle. Sets the standard across the enterprise for building usable, viable, and feasible products.
  • Identify retailer needs and market opportunities, translating them into scalable product capabilities and solutions.
  • Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution from concept through commercialization.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and investment priorities aligned with customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner with customers, sales, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver differentiated retail technology solutions.
  • Influence product direction and contribute to building a scalable product organization.
  • Frames the product vision and direction qualitatively for each product under their domain along with the product team.
  • Defines the long-term plan of the product and objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Creates and delivers a quarterly product roadmap with high level milestones in partnership with the product team.
  • Leverages data from multiple sources to negotiate alignment and timing for cross-domain dependencies to achieve expected value.
  • Owns and leads journey-mapping conversations across domains to drive clarity in product separation while maintaining holistic workflows for the end users.
  • Stays up to date and acts on macro and micro technology trends within given space to ensure the company maintains leader position at the brand level.
  • Drives innovation to accelerate product roadmaps and reusability across products within the domain.
  • Experiments to ensure user adoption before making large investments in product build.
  • Leads a product group in cross-functional execution and delivery of a product or group of products.
  • Drives prioritization cross-functionally and communicates how user value is being delivered according to the roadmap.
  • Aligns with partners to achieve the value of the product or business case.
  • Influences the strategic direction of a significant product or suite of product(s). Influences engineering priorities of the product space.
  • Acts as a key influencer across the portfolio.
  • Defines objectives and data required for analytics needed either independently or in conjunction with business partners for their product and how it relates to the product portfolio.
  • Partners with engineering to build tracking/monitoring needed to get the data.
  • Develops functional and technical OKRs/metrics and creates corresponding data/analytics to track the health and business impact.
  • Defines key metrics of the product and practices routines to consistently monitor health of the product.
  • Leverages data to determine trends and opportunities within the assigned product.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
  • 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables


Preferred Skills/Education
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles building enterprise software products or platforms.
  • Strong product management experience in enterprise software, retail technology, or platform products, with the ability to understand complex retailer needs and transform them into scalable solutions.
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex B2B or SaaS products.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, omnichannel commerce, store technology, or related retail technology domains.
  • Experience launching and commercializing products in external markets with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to define product requirements, prioritize investments, and drive execution with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Experience using data, customer insights, and market research to influence product decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience mentoring product managers and establishing product management practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
