You will drive process transformation, establish governance and standards, and partner across HR, Digital, and business teams to enhance service delivery, improve the employee experience, and support Newmont's strategic objectives.
As Part of Our Team, You Will- Serve as the process owner and subject matter expert for assigned processes.
- Define and maintain global process standards, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Analyze current processes and design standardized end-to-end global processes that deliver business value.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, RACI models, process taxonomies, and service catalogs.
- Define KPIs, governance mechanisms, and dashboards to measure process effectiveness, compliance, and adoption.
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, and technology enablement initiatives across the process landscape.
- Develop business requirements, support system integration design, and lead testing and implementation activities for process and system enhancements.
- Assess process readiness, transition opportunities, resource requirements, and business impacts to support transformation initiatives.
- Partner with People, Digital, Global Delivery Center, and business stakeholders to implement and sustain process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in process ownership, HR operations, service delivery, or shared services environments.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, data, controls, and governance practices.
- Experience leading process standardization, transformation, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working with HR technologies, ERP platforms, and system implementation projects.
- Strong process mapping, business analysis, process governance, and KPI development skills.
- Experience working across functions and geographies within complex global organizations.
- Project management experience with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change leadership capabilities.

This role requires a proactive, improvement-focused mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to creating efficient, scalable, and employee-centric processes.
The salary range offered for this role is USD $106,200 - 141,600. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
