Role description

Remote position in Canada
  • Lead end-to-end performance engineering activities including test strategy workload modelling test planning scripting execution monitoring analysis reporting and signoff recommendations across multiple applications and programs
  • Own PT delivery execution and daily delivery governance ensuring all commitments are delivered within agreed timelines meeting project standards and client expectations while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks
  • Ensure to prerequisites of priority delivery and identify and communicate risks dependencies and provide business updates during overlap hours and translating them into actionable tasks
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership by designing developing debugging and enhancing performance test scripts frameworks and automation solutions whenever required to meet delivery commitments and project timelines
  • Review performance reports and work on detailed performance analysis and bottleneck identification across application infrastructure database and network layers and provide actionable recommendations to development and architecture teams
  • Serve as the primary onsite escalation point for technical issues execution challenges environment constraints test failures and performance defects ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact
  • Collaborate with clients Appdev architects developers infrastructure teams and project stakeholders for performance projects and publishing timely updates and delays
  • Drive continuous improvement automation and operational efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes enhance frameworks improve observability reduce manual effort and strengthen delivery maturity across the performance engineering practice
  • Troubleshooting Git CICD pipeline issues and sporadically work on enhancement of the framework.
