About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead - Operational Strategy & Execution to drive strategic alignment, governance, portfolio visibility, and execution discipline across large-scale technology and business initiatives.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role that partners closely with executive leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery organizations. The successful candidate will translate organizational strategy into actionable plans, operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and performance insights that accelerate decision-making and maximize value delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Drive execution discipline, operational clarity and effectiveness, and strategic alignment across the Data, Analytics and AI service area.
  • Translate business strategy into operating plans, priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive and influence portfolio prioritization, dependency management, and resource alignment across complex workstreams.
  • Design and optimize operating models, governance structures, decision forums, and execution cadences.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, QBR content, dashboards, briefings, and leadership communications.
  • Build and monitor KPIs, financial reporting, portfolio dashboards, business impact, value realization measures, and connecting investments to outcomes.
  • Partner with business, finance, operations, and technology leaders to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive accountability.
  • Prepare structured inputs, trade-offs, and insights that accelerate timely, informed decisions.


Basic Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, portfolio management, business operations, PMO leadership, strategy execution, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional enterprise programs or portfolios.
  • Experience developing executive communications, strategic narratives, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • Experience building and managing dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience translating organizational strategy into execution plans, governance processes, and operating rhythms.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving alignment across layers of an organization.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex organizations without direct authority.
  • Experience working in regulated or highly matrixed enterprise environments.


Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strategic Planning: Deep experience translating organizational vision into executable strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Executive Communication: Expertise creating concise executive briefings, QBRs, leadership presentations, and business narratives.
  • Operating Model Thinking: Experience designing scalable processes, governance frameworks, and delivery cadences.
  • Execution Discipline: Strong track record of driving multiple complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Performance & Portfolio Reporting: Expertise managing KPIs, dashboards, portfolio analytics, financial reporting, and value realization metrics.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, digital modernization, data, analytics, or AI initiatives.
  • Experience with portfolio management, project management, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.


Travel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Position may require periodic travel for team meetings, planning sessions, leadership reviews, or business engagements.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance two (2) days per week
  • Ability to work at a computer and participate in virtual and in-person meetings for extended periods of time.
