About this role:
The Wells Fargo Customer Engagement and Experience team is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to manage CBL Customer Engagement marketing initiatives, servicing and internal communications. This customer centric team embraces the needs of our customers to increase their satisfaction with Wells Fargo, ultimately influencing their retention with us. Our customers are at the forefront of our mission, taking advantage of deep customer insights through data, research, marketplace trends, performance results, and direct customer feedback to inform our marketing strategies and campaign prioritization. This role will help develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns and customer-facing messaging that impacts customer satisfaction in a way that is measurable and can be optimized.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategy, optimization, and channel best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive customer growth through integrated marketing communications.
  • Strong analytical experience using performance data to identify trends and improve results.
  • Experience leading creative development for customer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing test-and-learn strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital payment products and solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and agency resources.
Job Expectations:
  • Must reside within a commutable distance from posted work location
  • Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved jobs posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
