Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities - Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
- Provide quote packages for new products or process changes.
- Subject matter expert in their respective product line. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Manage project timelines and drive on-time completion.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor looking to grow their leadership skills and provide a pathway for a technical management career progression. Provide mentorship and daily direction to the individual contributors on the team.
- Review non-conformance trends and drive initiatives for quality improvements.
Required Qualifications - Master's Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2 additional years of experience in manufacturing or operations OR
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with At least 4 additional years of experience in manufacturing or operations OR
- 2 year technical degree with at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or operations OR
- High school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Demonstrated interest in career development and leadership growth within the company.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
Experience with the following- PCDMIS software
- MasterCAM
- APT NC
- Text-based programming
- NX CAD
- Turbosoft Plus or similar CAM software
- 5-axis NC Machining
- Product family ownership
- New product introduction and process development
- Airfoils or other gas/steam turbine hardware
Pay Transparency:The base pay range for this position is $90,400- $110,000 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10
% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
*The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
