QualificationsTo qualify for a Lead Management Analyst position at the GS-0343-13 level, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: 1.) Employing analytical techniques to resolve productivity problems across organizational segments. 2.) Establishing study methods for audits and interpreting independently developed findings. 3.) Developing recommendations for work method changes and systems improvements. AND 4.) Analyzing administrative operations and developing strategies to improve program implementation.
