OverviewThe Lead IT Systems Application Analyst, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping Systems serves as a liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and collaboration skills in engaging stakeholders and end-users. Will have in depth experience and knowledge of configuration and integrations with HR, Payroll, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping systems. Experience with UKG Pro WFM for Advanced Scheduling & Timekeeping, and Healthcare Extensions is a plus.

Responsibilities- Leads the design and development of complex computer information systems, including system configurations, software programs, database structures, and network infrastructure. Demonstrates expertise in programming languages, database management systems, and operating systems. Leads efforts to maintain system documentation, including requirements and design documentation, testing plans or automation, user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Displays a strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Provides end-user support by responding to service desk requests and resolving technical issues. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, installs software updates, provides appropriate user access, and provides in-depth training to end-users. Leads collaboration with system users across multiple application areas to determine how to best support them through the effective use of technology. Investigates the need for additional services, programs, modules or modifications.
- Leads cross-functional teams in the requirements, design, development and implementation of new systems and processes. Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in system integration and project management.
- Manages relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring that they deliver quality products and services. Maintain strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Mentors and trains junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Perform duties with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications- Master's Degree and 3-5 years experience in the user areas to be supported or related fields. Leadership experience preferred. or
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years experience in the user areas to be supported or related fields. Leadership experience preferred. or
- Associate's Degree and 7 or more years experience in the user areas to be supported or related fields. Leadership experience preferred. or
- HS diploma or equivalent and 9 years' experience in the user areas to be supported or related fields. Leadership experience preferred.

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $43.65/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
