Paragon is seeking a Lead I&C Technician to join our Fort Worth, Texas team!
Requirements- Has time management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor new technicians
- Proficient in basic computer skills (file organization, email, etc.)
- Able to communicate effectively across all functions of the organization
- A high attention to detail with good documentation skills, and able to write legibly
- Adhering to a strict quality control program (NQA1)
- Perform functional testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of complex electronic components
- Design, fabricate and implement test set ups to meet testing requirements
- Perform failure analysis of various components
- Perform fit, form, and function comparison analysis of replacement components
- Testing and troubleshooting with digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, wave generators and assorted test equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks
- Additional duties and tasks assigned by management
- Being present, in the moment with a questioning attitude while being persistent with finding solutions
Responsibilities- Perform builds and repairs independently, familiar with the tools, MTE and equipment to be employed and shall have demonstrated proficiency in their use
- Perform component level repairs
- Demonstrate capabilities in basic fabrication techniques including resistance testing, cabling, and skills with manufacturing tools
- Perform repairs on circuit boards
- Ensure that lab supplies are maintained and on hand
- Take part in interviews for the I&C Lab
- Assist in project delegation based on schedule and skill set
- Lead the morning LDM meetings
