Compensation
$35.00 - $45.00+ per hour PLUS uncapped commission Top installers consistently exceed this range during busy season.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
- Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards
- Pre-measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
- Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
- Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
- Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship
You're the expert in the home - and we treat you like one.
What You Bring
- 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
- 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
- EPA Certification
- HVAC degree or equivalent training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
- Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
