Full Job Description
This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Lead, Global Paid Media will focus on driving commercial business goals through paid media and execution across various mediums through a full funnel strategy. Management of media channels include but are not limited to TV, CTV, OLV, OOH, and print. Performance marketing strategies, audience management, testing and staying abreast of emerging platforms are a critical component to success.

The Lead will work closely with internal and external teams to develop relevant strategies for North America and EMEA, particularly UK market, and execute against tactical media initiatives with a constant eye on results and calibration to maximize performance, drive media results, identify and spearhead testing across media platforms. They will communicate the media strategy, results and testing plans with senior stakeholders and work closely with the ecommerce, BI and creative team on campaign initiatives, concepts and asset creation to drive optimal campaign performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Lead, Global Paid Media is responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, and delivery of paid media campaigns across regions, supporting the broader media strategy set by leadership.
  • Own and deliver the end-to-end media from planning, channel activation, media optimization, reporting and performance analysis for always on digital campaigns in orchestration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of day-to-day paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels including Display and video (programmatic and direct), TV, CTV, OOH, and print.
  • Lead the implementation of North America & UK media plans in collaboration with the media agency and internal stakeholders such as brand and creative team.
  • Responsible for briefing content requirements to our brand team, ensuring delivery of engaging content which is tailored to individual digital platforms. Testing our creative performance across our media channels is fundamental to the role, ensuring creative excellence across our platforms.
  • Manage in-platform optimizations, pacing, and performance adjustments to ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs.
  • Own campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and ongoing monitoring across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support testing plans including creative, audience, and channel tests, and track results.
  • Work closely with CRM, Ecommerce, Brand, and Revenue teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
  • Manage agency deliverables, ensuring projects are executed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and data integrity across campaigns.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice management, and PO processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media platforms, tools, and emerging trends.
  • Analytical and results focused with a self- motivated "can do attitude".
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with dealing with all levels across the organization


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of paid media experience, with hands-on experience across paid media channels and platform, ideally for international/EMEA region
  • Proven large-scale, full-funnel media management track record with demonstrated results
  • Proficient in Microsoft apps, namely Excel (create charts and pivot tables, run and create functions, etc) and Powerpoint (designing slides, implementing design features, using custom templates, etc)
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage continual change, be flexible, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a media agency or in-house marketing team
  • Experience in working with DSPs, third party ad networks, social networks, Google AdWords/GDN
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics. Additional knowledge or experience with DV360, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Tableau, are a plus
  • Experience supporting consumer brands especially travel, hospitality or luxury brands is a plus
  • International experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferable in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
