Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead General Dentist to serve as the clinical leader of our established, multi-specialty practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Practice Overview:

• Established multi-specialty practice with a loyal and growing patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality general dentistry services with exceptional clinical care.
• Serve as the clinical leader for the practice by mentoring associate dentists and collaborating on comprehensive treatment planning.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and preventive oral health.
• Collaborate with specialists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Foster a positive clinical culture focused on collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing.
• Current CDS and DEA registrations.
• Current CPR certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative, multi-specialty clinical team.
