  • Operate with a high degree of ownership across multiple workstreams simultaneously, applying sound judgment in ambiguous and evolving environments while maintaining momentum, continuity, and delivery against portfolio priorities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Engineering and Product leadership (typically VP and SVP level) to drive a holistic view of technology investments and provide actionable recommendations that optimize business performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Bridge technology execution, product strategy, and financial performance by creating a unified investment narrative for C-level executives. Present insights, recommendations, and financial outcomes at quarterly steering committee meetings.
  • Drive financial rigor, accountability, and value realization across major technology transformation initiatives, including AI First, Geographic Optimization, and other strategic enterprise programs.
  • Serve as the global finance leader for the assigned technology portfolio(s), with accountability across the U.S., Canada, Philippines, and India. Partner with regional finance leaders to develop plans and forecasts, evaluate performance, and drive consistent interpretation of financial results.
