JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Lead Financial Analyst to support our Initial Quality and Lean Six Sigma teams. This role offers a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Quality, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Finance leadership to drive improved quality outcomes, cost transparency, and financial discipline. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries and have proven ability to deliver insights that impact strategic decisions and business growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement leaders to align financial objectives with operational priorities and enterprise quality goals.
  • Project Support: Partner with cross-functional teams and provide financial support for quality, initial quality, and Lean Six Sigma projects by developing business cases, estimating financial impact, validating assumptions, and tracking costs and benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess financial models, metrics, and processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency


You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing manufacturing, retail, or direct-to-consumer business metrics such as cost structures, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter, who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.


COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

PAY RANGE:
$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
