JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly analytical and driven Lead Financial Analyst supporting our Clad Windows Business Growth team. This role offers a collaborative environment where you work closely with the business unit and finance leadership to drive revenue growth, product margin improvement, and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries and have proven ability to deliver insights that impact strategic decisions and business growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with the Business Growth team and product managers to align financial objectives and support strategic business decisions.
• Project Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases in support of strategic objectives, including new product development.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess current financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing manufacturing, retail, or direct-to-consumer business metrics such as cost structures, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter, who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.
COMPENSATIONPay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
PAY RANGE:$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
