About the Role:

At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer.The Lead Engineeris responsible fordesigning, developing, and leading the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using the Pega platformat BCBSMA. This role drives scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support member and provider engagement while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

This role is eligible for our Flex Persona. For candidates local to our Boston, MA and Hingham MA offices.

Your Day to Day:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation ofPega CRM solutions, including workflows and case management

  • Define andmaintainsystem architecturealigned with enterprise standards

  • Provide technical leadership throughcode reviews, mentoring, and best practices

Salary Range: $160,920.00 - $196,680.00

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
