Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

Job Summary:This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of complex clinical systems to improve in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Job Duties:A Radiant EHR Clin Apps Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of highly complex Epic Radiant (EHR) applications. This role drives the implementation of clinical technology solutions that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. The analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Radiant and integrated clinical applications.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives for complex clinical workflows through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of clinical and business systems.
- Analyze, modify, and maintain existing EHR applications to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Radiant workflows, system configurations, and optimization initiatives.
- Investigate, identify, and implement technical solutions that support new clinical initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and operational leaders to translate clinical needs into system design and configuration.
- Lead and participate in interdisciplinary workgroups and governance committees to drive best practices and standardization.
