About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to serve as the product owner for LoanIQ integration and AI enablement within Loan Servicing, partnering across Corporate & Investment Banking Lending Operations (CIBLO) and Corporate Banking Operations (CBO). This role is responsible for driving prioritization and planning of workflow automation solutions, including integration with loan systems of record to enable straight-through processing (STP), improve controls, and reduce manual work. Acting as a liaison between Wholesale Operations leadership and technology teams, this position plays a critical role in delivering Service Platform (GSS) capabilities and supporting key transformation outcomes, including targeted operational benefits across CIBLO and CBO. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • LIQ Expertise: Strong knowledge of Loan IQ workflows, data, and servicing processes.
  • Integrations: Experience with APIs, middleware, and large-scale system integrations (e.g., APIGEE, event-driven architecture).
  • AI Enablement: Proven ability to deliver AI/automation use cases that reduce manual effort and improve processing efficiency.
  • Application Development Familiarity: Technical intuition and ability to discuss APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineers.
  • Jira Proficiency: Advanced experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, workflow management, and tracking dependencies.
  • Confluence & Documentation: Strong written communication skills with a track record of creating detailed Product Requirement.

  • Ability to work on-site in stated location in compliance with our hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
