Lead DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure Scale & Enablement)Stack: AWS (ECS, Cloud-First), Terraform, GitHub, MongoDB, Snowflake, GCP
The RoleAs the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our infrastructure. You will be the primary architect for our Terraform-led environment, ensuring that our ECS clusters, data warehouses (Snowflake), and multi-cloud integrations (AWS/GCP) are robust, secure, and highly available.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Orchestration: Standardize and organize our existing infrastructure using Terraform. You will move us toward a state where infrastructure is fully versioned, modular, and reproducible.
- Scalable Access & Authorization: Architect and implement sophisticated authorization and access control models for compute resources. You will ensure that as we scale, the right people have the right access without creating bottlenecks.
- Democratizing Development: Design and build the tooling necessary to enable non-engineering departments to build and manage applications within secure, governed environments.
- Multi-Cloud Integration: Manage our enterprise AWS footprint (ECS, Lambdas) while seamlessly integrating Google Cloud features for OAuth, IAM, and user management.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with the engineering leadership to integrate CI/CD best practices into the SDLC, ensuring a "fail fast" environment that remains stable for enterprise usage.

- A Security-First Architect: You have deep experience in IAM, OAuth, and resource-level authorization. You know how to secure a complex, multi-cloud environment without stifling innovation.
- Master of IaC: You treat infrastructure as code in your sleep. You have a proven track record of refactoring "spaghetti" infrastructure into clean, modular Terraform.
- Collaborative Leader: You can speak the language of a developer, a data scientist (Snowflake), and a business stakeholder. You enjoy the challenge of scaling a platform to meet diverse departmental needs.

CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
