18th August, 2026Lead Developer About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while contributing directly to product development. You will help shape architecture, build consumer-facing features, mentor engineers, and connect technical decisions to business value.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering expertise with ownership, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
What You'll Do - Lead the design and development of innovative consumer-facing features.
- Develop solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and middleware.
- Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and IT teams to align on feasibility, direction, and delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
- Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and collaboration.
- Diagnose complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and make decisions based on business and product value.
- Leverage AI and agentic LLM-based tools where they provide meaningful value.
- Contribute effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments.
What We're Looking For - 7-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience across web or mobile interfaces, APIs, and databases.
- Experience translating requirements and concepts across different technology layers.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and database design.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects through to completion.
- Analytical and evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Strategic mindset that connects engineering decisions to business outcomes.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and advocate for effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with uncertainty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
