Are you a proven consultant who loves leading people, shaping strategy, and delivering results that clients rave about?

We're looking for a Lead Consultant to own the success of our consulting team, elevate client outcomes, and help scale a high-performance consulting practice.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking, hands-on client leadership, and people development-and who thrives in a fast-growing, impact-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Consultant, you'll serve as both lead consultant and a consultant responsible for results at the team and client level.

Consulting & Client Leadership

  • Lead and oversee multiple consultant-led client engagements
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business goals
  • Maintain 95%+ client and revenue retention
  • Deliver ~25 hours/month of coaching calls and client advisory support
  • Represent the firm at live events, virtual events, webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and retain consultants
  • Conduct monthly consultant audits and performance reviews
  • Build a high-performing team of Right Person, Right Seat consultants
  • Drive consultant referrals and raving-fan client outcomes

Strategy, Content & Growth

  • Lead development of consulting content, including:
  • Virtual Academy materials
  • Webinars and live events
  • Educational and thought-leadership content (refreshed every 3-5 years)
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape consulting strategy and client engagement models
  • Make decisions around project scope, resourcing, and consultant assignments

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

  • Base Salary $80,000 - $110,000
  • Base Salary + Plus Commissions: $100,000-$110,000
