LABOR CATEGORY: Lead Database Management Analyst

SEHLKE POSITION TITLE: Lead, SME III, Senior Manager

LOCATION: Yorktown, VA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provides architecture support and advice to PMW 220 in the development of the strategy and design, and the build-out, implementation and operation of an appropriate and robust system and database architecture approach.
  • Provides Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) system support in data and interface management to ensure data quality and integrity of time and absence labor recording and the timely processing of that information for pay processing. This system supports DoD civilian pay processing and therefore, data and interface management is critical.
  • Responsible for the development of comprehensive data management plan to address data management principals and processes (e.g., data migration, data conversion, data maintenance, data governance, data mapping and validation, data analysis and reporting, data distribution, data reconciliation, data archiving, and the management of sensitive data/PII data in accordance with DoD, Navy, and legal statutory requirements and regulations).

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with architecture management and the ability to maintain the integrity of the architecture and make it visible and accessible to a wider audience.
  • Experience with System and Enterprise Architecture views and supporting artifacts, including Business Process models and integration of data model content, linking data to processes.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing security measures to safeguard computer databases.
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and database management.
  • Experience participating on review teams with Government personnel, other contractors and systems integrators for program strategies, and integrated schedules.
