Job DescriptionThe Lead, D&T Asset Management leads day-to-day global IT hardware asset management operations across Yum! Brands, including hardware refresh, returns, redeployment, data integrity, reporting, and lifecycle compliance. The role ensures established asset management standards and processes are consistently followed across regions.
Team Lead directly manages hardware asset management team members, providing work prioritization, performance management, coaching, development, and operational support. The role also serves as an escalation point and partners with regional and global stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
The role oversees CMDB and ServiceNow hardware asset activities to maintain asset data accuracy and integrity and monitors vendor and logistics performance across hardware fulfillment, deployment, returns, and lifecycle activities. Using asset data and operational metrics, the Team Lead identifies issues, drives remediation, and communicates actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day global hardware asset management operations and directly manage the team, including workload prioritization, performance monitoring, coaching, development, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate global hardware refresh, returns, redeployment, lifecycle tracking, and compliance activities.
- Manage hardware asset data governance and CMDB integrity, including audits, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and remediation of data inconsistencies.
- Oversee ServiceNow hardware asset queue operations, including prioritization, assignment, triage, follow-up, and escalation.
- Develop and maintain hardware asset reporting, dashboards, analytics, and KPIs covering asset health, operational performance, data quality, and lifecycle compliance; communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with regional teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to support hardware fulfillment, delivery, tracking, returns, and lifecycle processing while monitoring performance against established SLAs and service expectations.
- Support hardware asset-related financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and cost alignment in partnership with Finance and Technology teams.
- Ensure hardware asset management policies, standards, processes, and controls are followed and identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, processes, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for hardware asset management operational issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams and external service providers.

Communication & Influence- Builds strong working relationships across Yum! Brands, regional teams, Technology, Finance, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
- Serves as a key liaison for hardware asset management operations and clearly communicates requirements, priorities, issues, and processes to team members and stakeholders.
- Presents hardware asset reporting, trends, data-quality findings, compliance status, and operational performance to stakeholders and leadership.
Knowledge & Experience- Typically requires a college degree with at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management, including fulfillment, deployment, inventory, refresh, redeployment, returns, and lifecycle tracking.
- Proficient in ServiceNow asset modules, CMDB practices, data reconciliation, and hardware asset lifecycle workflows.
- Experience with hardware asset reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data quality, compliance, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating hardware asset management activities across regional teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
Salary Range: $89,300 - $136,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
