  • Serve as HubSpot's internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, monitoring regulatory developments and translating requirements into actionable compensation processes and policies.
  • Lead and manage annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions across providers including Radford and Comptryx, ensuring data integrity and appropriate job matching.
  • Act as the primary Compensation Systems SME, mainly for Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HRIS on enhancements and implementations.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance teams to ensure pay reporting deliverables meet country-specific statutory requirements across all regions where HubSpot operates.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and equity concerns, providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of compensation policies and standard operating procedures related to pay reporting and system administration.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Total Rewards stakeholders to educate and advise on pay transparency requirements and their implications for workforce decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into compensation data, pay equity metrics, and survey benchmarking results.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for changes to pay reporting mandates, proactively identifying compliance gaps and recommending process or policy updates.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent reporting cycles.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal direction.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
