• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

• Experince supporting large scale enterprise Agile transformations

• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager or a related field required.

• Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
