Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) lead position supports the daily functioning of the clinic and ensures adherence to established policies. Serves in a coaching and mentoring role to staff while functioning as a working member of the department coordinating the daily workflow and scheduling of the office. This is an appointed role and may be moved among caregivers at manager or designee discretion. This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care and acts as a patient education resource. Functions as primary liaison between patients and providers.

- Experience in the job for which they will be the lead and be able to explain all duties and responsibilities of the staff they will be overseeing.
Preferred Qualifications: - 1 year Clinical experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
