Full Job Description
The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be responsible for applying scientific and mathematical principles to design, develop, and improve systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a passion for engineering, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and procure all appropriate permits for building and construction in appropriate jurisdiction
  • Review contractor product shop drawings
  • Responding to contractor requests for information
  • Conduct field investigations of existing conditions for accurate design implementation as well as during construction to assure product quality
  • Preparation of project close out and as-built documentation
  • Research and Development of methods and product types to enhance project delivery model
  • Development of company engineering standards of design
  • Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Office (Excel, Word, Email)
