- Base + tiered performance bonus - first-year total comp $95-$130k, with future growth potential up to $170k
- Flexible, balanced schedule - Monday-Friday, 4-6 planned Saturdays/year for marketing & community events

Your Mission- Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and help patients thrive

Compensation & Benefits*
Base salary: $97,000-$110,000 annually
*
Metric performance & production bonus: Up to $60,000 annually, based on achievement of performance metrics:
* Tier 1: Up to $20,000
* Tier 2: Up to $40,000
* Tier 3: Up to $60,000
* CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days
* Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays
* Health stipend: $500/month
* California state retirement plan (CalSavers) available
