About this role:

This role supports the Market Maker Clearing initiative within the Product and Strategic Delivery team. The position is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying operational improvements, and supporting strategic change initiatives across Equity and Equity Derivatives operations. Working closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and external vendors, the individual will gather and translate business requirements, evaluate data, and process impacts, and help deliver scalable solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Equity and Equity Derivatives products, including trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and operational support functions
• Experience within Trade Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office, or Capital Markets Operations environments
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, data analysis, and solution design
• Experience supporting operational change initiatives, platform implementations, or business transformation programs
• Knowledge of market structure, clearing, and post-trade processing workflows
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to define business requirements and implement strategic solutions
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers, including Broadridge
• Experience creating business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, gap analyses, and operational procedures
• Strong understanding of risk and control considerations within Trade Operations and Clearing environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and process documentation tools
