About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the HR Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Employee Life Cycle product team within Traditional Product Management. This is an opportunity to support Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation by advancing process and technology solutions that improve the experience of employees and HR partners.
This role will lead the intake, analysis, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery coordination of artificial intelligence use cases across the HR Governance, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Employee Life Cycle portfolios. The consultant will work across HR, Transformation & Product Services, cross-product teams, AI modeling teams, and technology groups to translate business needs into defined outcomes, requirements, delivery plans, and implemented capabilities.
The Lead Business Execution Consultant will serve as a hands-on delivery leader and strategic partner, bringing together the teams needed to solve complex business problems. The role requires strong relationship management, business analysis, program delivery, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience supporting enterprise HR technology solutions, including Workday and ServiceNow.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the HR Governance, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Employee Life Cycle AI use case roadmap and delivery strategy from initial intake through implementation and post-launch follow-through.
- Own and maintain the inventory of HR AI use cases, including priorities, business outcomes, benefits, requirements, delivery status, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Partner with HR business leaders to evaluate submitted ideas, clarify the business problem and intended outcome, assess value and feasibility, and develop high-level requirements before solution design begins.
- Evolve the HR product portfolio and roadmap in partnership with product leadership, HR business owners, Transformation & Product Services, and other enterprise stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end solution planning and execution across business, product, cross-product, AI modeling, technology, data, risk, legal, compliance, and privacy teams.
- Lead complex initiatives in a matrixed environment by establishing clear roles, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and accountability across multiple contributing teams.• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather, refine, document, and validate business and technology requirements.
- Produce clear documentation, which may include business process flows, data flows, data definitions, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, user stories, and user experience flows.
- Assess and quantify expected benefits, support prioritization decisions, and align proposed work with investment capacity, portfolio objectives, governance requirements, and enterprise risk considerations.
- Lead test planning and execution across product, AI modeling, and technology teams, including test scenarios, test cases, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
- Drive implementation, deployment, adoption, and post-launch follow-through to confirm delivered capabilities meet agreed requirements and achieve intended business outcomes.
- Partner with Workday, ServiceNow, HR technology, and enterprise technology teams to evaluate integrations, releases, enhancements, process impacts, security and compliance needs, notifications, auditing, and data quality considerations.
- Serve as a senior consultant to business and technology partners by identifying opportunities to streamline or re-engineer HR processes, tools, and technical solutions through responsible use of AI and automation.
- Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, decisions, and outcomes to leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels, escalating barriers and driving timely resolution when needed.
- Influence, guide, and provide direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff while promoting consistent product and portfolio management practices.
- Contribute to long-term, large-scale solutions that account for global business needs, regulatory considerations, risk management, shared capabilities, and cross-product dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR systems, HR technology, or HR product experience, including Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms, preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations.
- Experience leading HR AI, automation, or emerging technology use cases through intake, requirements, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Experience supporting HR products, HR operations, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employee Life Cycle, or related HR domains.• Experience leading complex business execution, product, program, or technology initiatives across multiple business and technology teams.
- Experience translating business problems and high-level requests into defined outcomes, requirements, user stories, solution options, and executable delivery plans.
- Experience with product intake, prioritization, portfolio or roadmap management, benefit assessment, dependency management, and delivery governance.
- Experience leading requirements workshops and test activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect management, and implementation readiness.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, data privacy, legal, compliance, security, or responsible AI considerations in an enterprise environment.
- Experience operating in an Agile environment and using backlogs, user stories, JIRA, or similar work management tools.
- Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, data flows, or data quality management.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent facilitation, executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-support skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of complex work, prioritize competing demands, maintain focus on outcomes, and deliver results in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
