JOB SUMMARY
The Lead II Business Analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities related to understanding and defining enterprise goals and objectives, analyzing business needs, and devising strategies to meet them. This role involves collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and solve complex problems, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and strategic needs, and championing effective requirement elicitation and management practices. The Lead II will also contribute to sprint planning and estimation, and assist in driving transformational programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Use analytical skills and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex problems.
• Work closely with customers to understand and define enterprise goals and objectives.
