Responsibilities Lead Blood Bank Clinical Scientist Reporting to the Senior C.L.S./Supervisor, this position assists in the operation of the Laboratory by performing specialized tasks involving medical laboratory testing. Performs and reports results of tests and assumes responsibility for accuracy. Assists in training and orientation of new technologists. Directs work of laboratory assistants and auxiliary personnel. Maintains working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Understands and complies with all quality control policies. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of C orona Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support C orona Regional Medical C enter strategic plan and the goals and direction of the performance improvement plan.
Qualifications Position Title Job Requirements: - Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required.
