Full Job Description
Under the direction of the Sr. Vice President of Global Oncology Marketing, the Lead Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the leader, the Executive Director of Launch Excellence and Business Operations, and the Global Oncology organization. The primary activities include and are not limited to the following: - Coordinates and performs multiple administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, meeting management, travel and expense management. - Completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills. - Schedules complex, multi-leg and international travel and coordinates trip agendas across multiple stakeholders. - Supports the use of team sites and other information sharing tools. - Effectively interacts with our company's executives and employees, as well as external parties, both on-site and remotely. - Coordinates and/or leads special projects within the organization. Location: Rahway, NJ| Hybrid role: Minimum of 3 days a week onsite. - Willingness to travel in support of local meetings, occasionally. Education: - Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification). Required: - Minimum of 10 years Administrative Assistant experience. - Minimum of (5) years supporting executive level leaders. - Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internal applications. - Willingness to explore and learn new technologies. - Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel. - Experience processing visa/passport applications. - SAP experience processing expense reports, purchase orders, payment requests. - Experience with event planning and coordination. - Extraordinary attention to detail. - Outstanding communication and people skills. - Self-started/motivated with the ability to take an incentive approach. - Ability to handle and prioritize many simultaneous assignments, independently. - Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions. Preferred - Experience with financial and budget tasks. - Experience in or with a commercial marketing division. #MSJR The salary range for this role is: $100,400 - $158,000 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
