Epsilon's award-winning COREID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon's industry-leading performance marketing solutions. As a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics, you'll be joining a small team with big impact. Your role will include reporting on KPIs for Epsilon's identity, evaluating potential partners, and forecasting impact of ecosystem changes and new features. You will work cross-functionally with teams like Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships. Identity Analytics provides the analysis that ties Identity to business impact.

Responsibilities- Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision, including expected yield from new data sources and impact of ecosystem changes
- Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
- Become a subject matter expert in COREID
- Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
- Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to COREid
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions
Qualifications- Profile
- Degree (Master's preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
- Curiosity and willingness to self-teach
- Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions
- Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred
- Analytical
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-analytical collaborators
- Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
- Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical
- Advanced experience with SQL
- Demonstrated big data experience
- Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
- Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred
Additional InformationCompensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $161,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
