Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Lead Financial Analyst supporting the Medical ProCare business, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving business outcomes, and enabling sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to partner with commercial and operational leaders, influence key decisions, and deliver insights that drive measurable impact across a growing organization. You will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, business partnership, and process improvement initiatives that drive growth and operational performance

What You Will Do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and reporting activities to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop financial insights and recommendations that improve forecast accuracy, profitability, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, field service, demand planning, and other business leaders to align financial plans with operational objectives.
  • Analyze revenue, contract performance, and financial trends to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
  • Build and maintain financial models that support planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking.

  • Support audit activities and governance processes related to revenue recognition, contracted revenue, and other key financial operations.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience performing financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience developing financial reports and translating analysis into business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise financial planning and reporting systems such as SAP, BPC, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional finance or accounting certification.
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, contract analysis, or profit-and-loss management.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Information

  • Work arrangement: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work onsite three days per week with flexibility based on business needs.

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual

  

 

Travel Percentage: 10%
