In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market leadership by executing a customer-centric strategy focused on integrated fire detection and response solutions. Your efforts will support the company's vision of providing scalable, real-time protection through innovative products such as Honeywell XLS4000, Honeywell Self-Test, and Honeywell Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS), driving long-term revenue growth and customer loyalty.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Healthcare and Industrial Verticals, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with Honeywell's integrated fire protection roadmap and customer safety goals.
- Promote and position Honeywell's advanced product suite including XLS4000 fire alarm control panels, Self-Test technology for system reliability, and CLSS for cloud-based monitoring and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized fire and life safety solutions that meet regulatory compliance and operational efficiency requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive adoption of Honeywell's strategy to connect, enhance, and automate life safety systems, enabling customers to achieve real-time protection and scalable solutions.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of fire and life safety systems, including experience with Honeywell's XLS4000, Self-Test, and CLSS product lines preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
- Experience in navigating complex sales cycles and contract negotiations within Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is <$198,000 - $248,000>.
