LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Specialist, Property Management

Program Summary
As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

The Specialist, Property Management, is responsible for assisting the Sr. Property Management Specialist with the overall success and quality of the BII and LSA facilities, and the accountability, safety, and performance of all personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assists the Senior Property Management Specialist in coordinating and facilitating property control activities to ensure continual accountability of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor-Furnished Equipment (CFE), as outlined in the PMSA Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 45.
  • Provides logistical and administrative support to management and preserves all documentation pertaining to each rotation.
  • Identifies, submits, and reconciles facility maintenance work orders for all applicable facilities.
  • Inputs, updates, and exports information in GCSS-Army, SharePoint, or other government-approved Logistics Information Systems (LIS).
  • Maintains key control and security for all applicable areas within the section in accordance with governing regulations, processes, and procedures.
  • Abides by all company policies, procedures, safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with work instructions, PWS, and applicable ARs..
  • Participates in training and cross-training sessions as required.
  • Assists in alternate project areas on an as-needed basis.
  • Must be able to perform required duties and properly wear and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 45 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must be physically capable of performing work in extreme temperatures, low humidity, blowing sand, and dusty conditions.
  • Must be able to work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspense deadlines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

In the absence of the Manager or Supervisor, the Specialist, Property Management:

  • Conducts roll calls.
  • Prepares Personnel Status Reports (PERSTATs).
  • Assumes all responsibilities of the Supervisor.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Must possess a valid State Real ID.
  • Must be able to pass a NAC-I background screening.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of GCSS-Army experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to understand and read technical manuals.
  • Proficient in computer and office equipment usage.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in supply accountability and procedures.
  • Must be able to obtain required G-Track training certifications.

Pay

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $68,900 - 103,400
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
