- 2+ years of turf care operations experience
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LAWN AND PLANT HEALTH CARE DIVISION OPERATIONS MANAGERThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from
6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with employees reporting to a central location before heading to their assigned service areas.
In this role, you'll lead daily Lawn & Plant Health Care operations by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing technicians while overseeing reporting and performance. Throughout the day, you'll provide field leadership, support production teams, monitor product usage, maintain accountability, and keep operations organized and efficient. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards are met, workflows remain productive, and customers receive exceptional results.
