Description

This is not an entry-level receptionist position. The Intake Specialist is responsible for ensuring that potential and newly retained clients move through the intake process quickly, accurately, and professionally. The successful candidate must be capable of managing multiple potential clients simultaneously, following established procedures without constant supervision, communicating professionally with clients, and ensuring that no matter stalls because a required task was overlooked.

This Position Is Full-Time and On-site.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional office experience required; prior law-firm, insurance, claims, medical-office or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience handling legal intake, case opening, client onboarding or high-volume client/customer matters preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures and checklists consistently.
• Strong telephone presence and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and matters without losing track of follow-up.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn practice-management and document-management systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently and recognize when a matter requires escalation.
• Dependability and consistent attendance are essential.
