This position reports to the VP of Operations.

Requirements

Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager are, but not limited to:
• Assume full accountability for the regional P&L across all assigned branches, managing financial performance to meet or exceed corporate growth targets and maintain profit margins.
• Mentor, coach, and hold Branch Managers accountable to performance objectives: developing leadership capabilities and succession pipelines within each branch.
• Partner with Branch Managers to identify, recruit, and develop high-potential talent through the Manager Trainee Program, ensuring a strong internal people pipeline.
• Develop and implement regional business plans and strategic initiatives that align with company-wide objectives and long-term growth goals.
• Strategically deploy tools, talent, and equipment across branches to ensure optimal operational performance and service quality.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, consistently reflecting our commitment to 'Doing the Right Thing.'
• Drive a rigorous safety culture by enforcing protocols, leading safety initiatives, and reducing preventable incidents year over year.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality services including commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement sales, seasonal color, and snow & ice management across all regional branches.
• Handle complex problem-solving situations that require senior-level intervention, removing operational roadblocks and enabling branch teams to exceed key company metrics.

You may be a good fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial landscape maintenance at the manager level or above.
• Have 2+ years of branch manager, general manager, or equivalent multi-team leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Have a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing teams, with demonstrated ability to mentor managers and build leadership pipelines.
• Possess strong business acumen and financial management experience - comfortable owning a P&L and driving toward measurable revenue and profit targets.
• Are experienced in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning in a service-based environment.
• Hold a valid US driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and are authorized to work in the United States.
• Are available for regular field presence 3-4 days per week across branch locations and are willing to work additional hours as business needs require, including during snow events.

Benefits

Your benefits and perks:
• Competitive Base Salary: $130,000-$170,000+ annually, based on experience.
• Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
• Opportunities for Career Advancement.
• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match.
• Group Health Plan.
