We're looking for an experienced, driven, and relationship-oriented
Landscape Design / Sales / Project Manager to join a team in Loveland, CO. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines creative landscape design with strategic sales and hands-on project oversight. You'll be responsible for transforming customer visions into stunning outdoor environments-managing each project from initial concept to completion.
Design & Sales- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision.
- Create custom landscape designs that align with client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Present proposals and secure project approvals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
Project Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure work meets or exceeds quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For- Proven success in landscape design and sales with a portfolio or sample of completed work.
- Experience managing residential landscape projects.
- Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple active jobs.
- A robust professional network in the local or regional landscape market-preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with landscape design software (Dynascape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Ability to create 3D renderings-preferred.
- Knowledge of local plants, materials, and construction methods.
- Able to accurately estimate time and materials
- Self-motivated and organized with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
