We're seeking an experienced Landfill Project Manager to lead complex solid waste and landfill projects that protect communities, support regulatory compliance, and advance environmental stewardship. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives at the intersection of groundwater monitoring, landfill compliance, permitting, and client advocacy.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or Environmental Science (advanced degrees a plus)
  • 15+ years of experience in waste management, stormwater management and spill pollution prevention projects
  • Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) preferred
  • Proven success managing large-scale projects, site monitoring, and environmental permitting
  • Deep expertise in landfill and waste management consulting and permitting
  • Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations


Preferred Location: Primarily remote or any of our Ohio offices (flexible for the right candidate). Preferred in-office two days per month (either Northfield or Toledo, Ohio locations)

Salary Range:
