As a leader of our Land Development Manager, you will oversee entire land development planning process for all assigned communities including: organizing, budgeting, and monitoring of various phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives.

Requirements include a bachelor9s degree from four-year College or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred. At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You can look forward to professional support, an annual salary of $120,000 - $135,000 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits-including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days and up to 3 personal days per year, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
