Shaker High School is seeking a Hall Principal for our Ninth and Tenth Graders. The LaFollette Hall Principal supervises the Hall Dean, Faculty and Staff, and our Ninth and Tenth Graders.
The LaFollette Hall Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hall, including discipline and restorative practices; student achievement and equitable outcomes; instructional support that is responsive to whole child; and initiatives to support school culture and growth. A key responsibility is creating and implementing the Master Block Schedule with fellow Hall Principal.
The candidate will be expected to collaborate with the SHS and NCCS Administrative Teams, Faculty and Staff, and Students and Families to create a welcoming and affirming environment for all. The ideal candidate will be student-centered, organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and possess exemplary communication skills.
Additionally, they will be solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and able to articulate a vision, plan for implementation, and ensure buy-in and shared ownership from stakeholders.
Salary - $113,060
