You will partner with leaders, Human Resources, and Legal teams to provide guidance on labor relations matters, collective bargaining agreements, workplace concerns, and labor law compliance. Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations, Human Resources, and Legal teams to provide guidance on labor relations matters, collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and workplace concerns.
- Advise managers and HR partners on contract interpretation, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
- Support labor-management relations activities, including investigations, grievance resolution, arbitration preparation, collective bargaining negotiations, and NLRB-related matters.
- Assist in the development and delivery of labor relations training for managers and leaders, including NLRA awareness and positive employee relations practices.
- Monitor labor relations trends, workforce data, grievances, and other metrics to identify risks and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support the administration of collective bargaining agreements, including union communications, dispute resolution, and grievance tracking.
- Partner with business leaders to address workplace concerns and develop strategies that promote engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations related to labor relations activities, workplace trends, and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct research on labor legislation, arbitration decisions, and industry developments to assess business impact and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support labor-related activities associated with organizational changes, acquisitions, expansions, and other business initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting unionized environments, including collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance handling, and labor-management relations.
- Working knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), labor law, and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, employee relations investigations, or labor-related projects preferred.
- Ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to address labor and employee relations concerns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with Operations, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as business needs require.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel Expectations: Up to 50- 75% travel, based on business needs
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
